Matt & Ruthie have a beautiful home just a short walk to the center of Rockport. The home was very clean and was stocked with every supply you could need. We had great communications with them and found them to be very kind and responsive. We felt very comfortable and at home in their place. We would have loved to stay for the week!!

This was the perfect place for our three couples to stay in Rockport for a large family event. Three equal bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, lovely linens (and robes for everyone!), fully stocked & equipped kitchen - it was a home away from home! Lovely local art in every room. Two block walk to bustling wharf area but quiet all day/night. Big kitchen & patio allowed us to gather with a few more family members. Even enjoyed a few tomatoes off the vines! Definitely would have cooked more if we weren’t already booked with the larger group. Beach towels, bags - even an offer of warmer coats for whale watching. Matt & Ruthie were extremely responsive, flexible and helpful. Late check-out allowed me to sea kayak my last day!

Perfect location! The house is welcoming, highly functional for whatever your needs. Amenities and instructions are very thorough and thoughtful. We settle in immediately!

Matt and Ruthie are the ultimate hosts and their place is superb - very well equipped, comfortable, clean, and in a great Rockport location. This was our second stay and it was as great as the first. We’d gladly stay again, and hope to do so!
