My girl friends and I enjoyed a peaceful weekend here. The living room/kitchen set up was perfect for a first night dinner at the home. Location was less than a mile from yoga studio and less than 10 minute drive from downtown Gloucester. Beach access less than 3 mins walking distance. Enjoyed a morning stroll on sand with coffee. House designed well to fit people wanting to celebrate but who also appreciate their own defined sleeping areas. Host very responsive with local suggestions and when I couldn’t open lock box (my fault). Would absolutely book this place again if I got the chance!

This was a great space for our family gathering with lots of room for everyone and a fenced in yard for the kids to play. The short walk to the beach was delightful. Patrick was very communicative and very nice to deal with. Downstairs living room was great for the kids. Place was great.

We had a lovely stay at Patrick's over New Years. The space comfortably fit 2 families of 4 with private space for both groups. The house was very clean and the kitchen reasonably well stocked. The large dining table was also a huge plus. Though we didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities since it was cold during our visit, it was a great visit at a great location. Hopefully, we can return in the summer.

We had a beautiful stay at Patrick’s place for our book club weekend- six adults stayed very comfortably, the set up of the house was perfect for both communal time and peaceful sleeping. Absolutely perfect location to walk to the beach and take in the fresh air. Patrick was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole weekend, and we would definitely want to stay again! The home was cozy, comfortable, and we highly recommend!
