Overall, the stay was good until late one night. There were bugs seen on the kitchen floor late at night running to under the cabinet. We kept the lights on at night from that point but now I'm worried that these might be brought home in luggage or laundry. There was also lots of noise coming from the walls and ceiling at night. I’m not sure if this is rodents or the cause. And while the house appeared clean, when I wiped down counters and tables, etc the paper towels were dirty and black/brown. I did reach out to the owner directly in case he was unaware of the problems. Unfortunately, he sent back a generic "thank you for letting me know concerns" message so I do not feel confident these issues will be resolved which is why I decided to leave a review. Without the bugs and noises from the walls, the home is decent with only minor complaints. However, I would not willingly book a place I knew had bugs and unknown noises coming from the walls and ceiling.

As a group of birders on the hunt for many species, we weren't at Rameez's place long (in late-out early!) but it was a good spot to rest!

Rameez's home was perfect for our family's visit to Cape May, NJ. He was also able to accommodate when we experienced any issues.
