The apartment has fantastic views but would benefit from a general update of furniture, fittings and heating system, especially for a long stay.

We needed a place near Callington for a family gathering and Tom's place was perfect for us - very spacious living area and bedrooms giving plenty of room for 2 Adults and 2 older teens. We had a sight problem finding the place when the sat nav directed us to the residential part of the park but Tom responded very quickly when we messaged to check the location, which is actually very close to the park entrance. Once found the house was very easy to get in. We didn't really make use of the facilities but the wifi was excellent and there were plenty of dvd's and books if you needed entertainment. The pub on site also looked very nice but unfortunately wasn't serving food that week so we didn't go in. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for good value accommodation in this area

Great views from the property and a nice size for the price. Kids loved it and asked if we can come back again. Access to the site pool was a great bonus.

Home from home - spacious and very well equipped. Easy to find even in the dark.
