Erica's place is exactly as pictured. It was clean and cozy - you can tell she takes pride in her place. There were a lot of updates done, and she included a lot of extra touches like extra chargers, plentiful linens, and ample cookware. There is also a bedroom dedicated to kids, complete with twin beds, books, and toys. Even though we didn't need to use that, I thought it was super sweet to include that for traveling families. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we really didn't hear much from neighbors or traffic at all. The property was well maintained and has good parking space in the driveway. Erica's communication and responding was spot on. She was friendly, helpful, and beyod gracious. We will definitely book here again!

Erica’s home was spectacular - one of the best accommodations I have stayed at. Her instructions were great, the home was beautiful and clean. The home was updated and had everything. The neighborhood is great. The decor in the home was tasteful and fit the theme of the city. Everything was really awesome, and I would definitely stay here again. 10/10 rating!
