How could you not be happy while looking out every window at the Eiffel Tower! The apartment was modern and clean as described, and having a concierge/doorman was a great help many times. It is a great location that feels safe, beautiful and 20 mins to any place you need to get to. 1 block from the Seine. There are shops everywhere and you can feel like a Parisian within a day or two as you get your daily baquette and goodies to enjoy. Hugo responds right away and any issue you have is dealt with immediately. It is a great base and comfortable on those days you need some down time. We have already booked a date for next year with Hugo.

Cleanliness was impeccable, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of the stay. In terms of value, this accommodation justifies its price, offering a high-end experience in the heart of Paris. One note of caution: the ongoing construction noise in the building makes it challenging to sleep past 7 am. While this is beyond the host's control, it's a significant consideration for those who value a quiet morning or need to sleep late for work or other reasons. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its style, cleanliness, and fantastic location, especially for early risers eager to explore Paris. Despite the noise issue, I look forward to returning for a longer stay.

The apartment was modern and elegant - perfect for an extended stay and comparable to a 5-star hotel. All of the appliances and furniture were brand new (including the air conditioning unit). Generous closet space. Luxurious bathroom. And getting to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle from the balcony every night was an added bonus!

This place was amazing! Hugo thought of everything. It is immaculately furnished. Clean comfortable and a really great place to stay. You have great privacy and 3 wonderful porches that have a full view of the Eiffel Tower. Imagine waking up every morning sipping your tea or coffee on the porch looking at the Eiffel Tower! Close to restaurants, walking distance and close to shopping and stores. Safe neighborhood. Hugo was a real pleasure to work with, he is proactive, friendly and a great host.
