Theo is a great host, he went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and had excellent recommendations for all sorts of things. The apartment was just as pictured and neat and tidy. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and all the assistance.

The unit is accurate in some ways, but had SO many issues! The check-in process was not clear, and after flying close to 19 hours, we arrived to a dirty unit where one of the rooms and bathrooms was not clean. We had to have a local contact to pick up cleaning ladies to come back and clean the unit. We then had issues with the electricity cutting out at least three times; water did not work in the unit a couple of times, and we had issues with the wifi. The television also was not operable. There was also a leak in the kitchen that caused water to build up on the floor. There were also a lot of bugs, and initially we didn’t have any bug spray. We raised the issue of bugs with one of the hosts, and he explained that it is a common issue and how it is. We did receive bug spray, additional towels, and toilet paper since the unit didn’t have enough initially. The hosts were ok, but the hospitality lacked. Not worth the money or the headache. I truly wish it would have been better!

Theo went above and beyond to help us and we even planning to buy or rent one of his places for long term the place is nice clean, with a very nice view from both sides of the apartment we had a great stay and will be back soon
