I really enjoyed staying here as it felt like you were staying at a hotel or B&B… It’s in a great area… I would have loved to have booked here again, but I brought up to the owner that there was a stain on the sheets and due to the fact that I had just taken the overnight bus from Scotland and had worked the whole day I was very tired! So I just ordered food, noticed the stain and went to sleep… when I brought it up the owner she said sorry… but then kind of suggested I had made the stain… Which I didn’t appreciate…. Other than that she was very responsive and gave me good instructions to get into the property. Chelsea Waters is such a nice place to stay… I just was showing her the one small issue and I didn’t appreciate a suggestion I had caused the stain…. Especially since it doesn’t make sense that I would mention it if I had done it… I would have just checked out lol… and not said anything. They did allow me to stay an extra 30 minutes in the room for a later checkout!

My stay at Kate & Rigz was one of the best stays I have had in London. The location is easy to find and well connected. The room is very homely and cozy. The hosts are helpful and responsive at all times. I wouldn’t only like to add that a television would be a great addition to the deal, but rest everything was perfect from check in to check out.

We had a very lovely stay. Close to the tube and a supermarket. Kate and Rigz responded very quickly to any of our questions. The AirBnB looked great. The instructions on how to get to the place were very clear and easy to follow.
