Our stay at the condo in Nice, was wonderful. The check in was easy and the people were very kind and informative, and the condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook and clean.

The condo was very roomy and had a beautiful balcony view. Very clean and had the basics [towels, kitchen utensils, cooking stuff, etc]. Only thing I didn’t like was- it was a little difficult getting our stroller up and down the stairs to get to the 2nd floor unit. Not easily accessible with stroller or wheelchair.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the actual location and the pool location are a ton of fun. Clear lake is FAR from clear - we heard that over the years a lot of fertilizer run-off resulted in overgrowth within the lake, so now it's just a gray/green mess of water (aka no swimming) - but the pool area of the resort is very clean and a ton of fun. Very kid friendly. The photographs on the listing are not 100% accurate - they make it seem much cleaner than it really is. The concrete walk-ways are very dirty and need to be pressure washed. The carpeting within the unit also feels like old hotel carpet. Having 2 kids on this trip, we didn't really want to let them go on the carpeting. All-in-all, for the price we paid it was a very nice size, good kitchen area, and mostly very clean. We enjoyed our 4 day trip there and were able to hang at the pool and make a few meals each day. The town-area is very sketchy - if you go here, then expect to stay within the resort. There are a few wineries, and a grocery store about 5 minutes away, but other than that you'll want to stay within the resort. Jan was very helpful and communication was quick and responsive.
