A lovely view over the lake, in a quiet area. Plenty of space for me and my family staying there for a wedding. If you need to be in Eustis for any reason, I'd highly recommend this place.
This place is great for a peaceful time in Florida. Great historic home neighborhood, ability to walk around the lake, quiet, and the house has a great layout. House is as described and pictured. This neighborhood quickly accesses downtown Eustis and to major highways.
Great location, beautiful pond/lake view, space was perfect and ping pong table in garage was a blast.
