Enjoy a break in our comfortable, cosy and family-friendly holiday home. With a north-facing aspect it is a sunny haven all year round and you will find yourself close to all local amenities. On foot, the beach is approximately 10 minutes away, shops approximately 5 minutes and the Waihi Beach Hotel just a few minutes. A great base for exploring what the local area has to offer or for just kicking back with a book, playing games with friends or family and appreciating your change of scene. The home comprises of a practical, open-plan living space at one end of the house, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry alcove and separate toilet down a hallway at the other end. The kitchen is fully set-up with everything you would need. The bathroom contains a separate shower and bath and is accessible directly from the main bedroom (queen bed) and also from the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen bed and there are two single beds in the third room. The dining area includes a heat-pump for both heating and cooling. A Tivoli radio with blue-tooth connectivity is available. The lounge has a sunny aspect and has a small Smart TV with built in apps and a DVD player. Wifi (fibre) is available. Bean bags can be used for extra lounging inside and can also be taken outside onto the deck, which wraps around from the front of the house to the eastern side. There is reading material, a collection of games and puzzles for all ages and a few toys. Also an extensive DVD collection (pre-Smart TV days) should the weather mean you are trapped inside for longer than you'd like. A Weber BBQ is available for your use. The backyard has a small rotary clothes line (a folding line is available from the laundry) and a reasonable-sized area for kids to play. There is an outdoor 'hose' shower on a stand. Also available are body boards, an old-school trolley and an aluminium scooter. A portable cot and highchair are available on request. Floor mattresses are available if required for an extra child, on request.
