This was such a wonderful space for a girl's trip! We loved hanging out in the big living room and outside in the giant screened-in deck, plus going in and out of the hot tub! The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with, we felt they went out of their way to accommodate us and make our stay incredible! Air conditioning was excellent and the hot tub heater was fantastic. On the listing they do note that the bunk bed room is very small and, yes, it is very small. Probably great for kids, but we had one adult stay in that room and couldn't imagine trying to fit another. Again, it was no issue for us at all. We would certainly stay here again when we visit Austin. Highly recommend!
