This house served my little family very well for a 3-night stay for a 2-day Legoland trip. I liked that my toddler could have his own room but still be very accessible to us through the jack and jill bathroom. We were also able to spend time checking out downtown Oceanside and ate at the many restaurants close to the ocean. You can walk there from this house. It's a residential neighborhood, nothing too fancy -- quiet and I saw a couple of young families playing on their yard. Overall, a great value and long weekend trip for us!

This house is in a great location. Short walk to the beach and downtown Oceanside. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating!

We stayed at Kimberly’s place for three weeks while our home was under construction, so our experience might be unusual compared to the average guest. The pro: the place is in a great location. It’s easily walkable to all of downtown Oceanside, the Strand, restaurants, etc. The cons: the house is pretty worn down. One of the doors to the Jack and Jill bathroom is hard to close, the other is hard to open. There’s a sewer smell coming from the bathroom sinks. The toilet bowl has two big chips in its enamel on the inside, which is very unsanitary. Most of the windows are difficult to open, and to latch so they stay open. Some don’t lock fully. There were also a lot of rules. They are stated in the listing and we were fine with them, but the number of times we were contacted to confirm we would abide by them (Airbnb message, docusign, and phone) made us feel very on edge. The towel bar fell off the wall and the garage door wouldn’t close our first day (the team was responsive though).

Excellent location. Waking distance to the beach. Couch serves as a 3rd full size bed.

Location was great, place was great, big yard. Everything I was expecting and needed while our house was under construction.
