This 1920's craftsman bungalow can comfortably sleep 8-10 guests. Our home- This beautiful craftsman style bungalow was built in the 1920's. It is perfectly updated featuring modern bedrooms and styling, while still honoring the wonderful "old home" character and charm with crystal door knobs, a green tiled fireplace, and glass paned pocket doors. The quiet street will feel like a peaceful retreat during your stay and is only minutes away from the thriving downtown of Knoxville. Kitchen- Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher) and all of the staples for your stay (salt, pepper, basic spices, cooking spray). In the pantry find more appliances (blender, toaster, tea kettle). Plenty of counter space to utilize. The table seats 6 comfortably with two additional stools for more to gather round. Living- The living room includes a large sectional that comfortably seats 5-6, two sitting chairs and a mounted TV. The sectional includes a queen sized pull out bed. Sleeping- Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, dresser, bench, TV and wall mounted coat racks for hanging clothes. Luggage racks provided. Bedroom 2 situated beyond the kitchen provides a cozy, private space that includes a queen bed, a desk, a sitting chair, a closet with hangers and a wall mounted TV. Luggage racks provided. Bedroom 3 includes includes two full beds, a desk and a closet with hangers and luggage racks provided. Bath- A full bathroom adjoining bedroom 1 includes a walk-in shower with a double shower head and a jacuzzi garden tub. The second full bath is located at the end of the hallway. This bathroom is light and bright with a clawfoot tub. Laundry- Washer and dryer are included with your stay and can be found off the second bedroom. The laundry room accesses the bath deck/yard. Exterior- Multiple outdoor areas extend your options for gathering and relaxing. The front porch features two large rocking chairs and a comfortable patio couch that seats 3-4. The backyard features a small deck with a BBQ grill. Down the steps brings you to the spacious backyard. Sit and relax around the smokeless fire pit. Wander down and lounge in a second sitting area bordered with string lights or take a swing in the hammock swings.
