The stay at Chesapeake bay waterfront home was exactly what we were looking for on our family vacation. The home is spacious, well appointed and has a beautiful view of sunrise on the bay. We had plenty of room for chatting, eating and playing together. The porch swing is a nice addition to gatherings on the deck with cool breezes from the bay. This home was perfect for our large family and is highly recommended.

Thank you to Karuna and Joe for hosting my group at your Essex, MD property! Both the home, property, and views are gorgeous. The property is more expansive than the listing photos do justice! My group, who was on a "man camp" excursion, had no problem keeping ourselves entertained during our weekend in Essex. We took great advantage of bayside firepit and pavilion facilities. My group had an overwhelmingly good time and will return in the future for future weekend getaway events! Thanks Karuna and Joe!

This place is perfect. The views from the deck are amazing and the amount of space you have around the property is incredible. We had a group of 16 and never felt on top of each other. Karuna and her husband Joe were fabulous hosts as well. Karuna was super responsive to any questions I had before I arrived and Joe was there when we checked in to walk us around the property and give us the lay of the land. Any questions during my stay were answered promptly and they made sure to call after to see how my stay was. This place is perfect if you have a big group or a few families and are looking for a peaceful place to spend some time. I highly recommend checking this place out. Thank you Karuna and Joe!

Smooth check in and check out process. Karuna and Joe are very welcoming and we felt like we are in our second home as soon as we arrived at the property. They are easy to contact and responsive to inquiries. Place is immaculate, quite and relaxing. Perfect place for us. We are a big family with two elderly and three small children requiring their own space and the property delivered the getaway and the comfort that we all needed. House is very clean, Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. It just feels like “Home”. We are definitely coming back.

Wow what a gorgeous water front property so close to the Inner Harbor, Baltimore City. Checkin and communication was really smooth. The property is huge with interesting features like double decks, a large pavilion, a small sandy beach, a tree house we could climb. It was relaxing and refreshing, we watched the sunrise, drank coffee looking out at the bay, picnicked at the pavilion, there are interesting garden sculptures everywhere. We did not use the grill but hung out near the beach. There were water birds, an eagle fishing, and even saw a fox. The wide expanse of water was very meditative. The pictures do not do the place justice. It’s really a paradise. The main house is really comfortable with fun decor and the bungalow with its deck is so romantic. The house has all amenities, and fully equipped. There are 5 bedrooms in total and 5 full bathrooms. Very comfortable and well worth the value. I will certainly return again!
