Our cozy one-bedroom boutique unit is centrally located at the base of Castle Hill in Townsville City. Recently renovated & fully air conditioned featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a coffee machine & stylish living area. Just a short stroll to QLD Country Bank Stadium, City Lane, the Strand & Sealink Ferry terminal to Maggie Island. E-scooter around town, or climb Castle Hill, the start of the goat track is right at the front door! Enjoy all of Sunny Townsville from the heart of the city The unit is cozy and private and consists of hardwood floors throughout. Delightfully styled, fully air-conditioned, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. All laundry washing products supplied. Body wash, shampoo & conditioner provided. The main Queen bed boasts a brand new Emma Diamond Hybrid mattress. There is a brand new pull out sofa bed (double) in the living room to suit a couple or two children. The courtyard at the back has a small setting and is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful cup of tea. The garden boasts fresh herbs the guests are welcome to use for their cooking :) If you are a small family of 5, we can set up a foldaway (single) bed which will be placed next to the Queen bed in the bedroom. There is a mattress topper for this for added comfort. I would recommend 5 guests for short stays only, due to the unit being smaller in size. A porta-cot is available on request also, which will be placed next to the Queen bed in the bedroom. Please note there is not enough room for both the foldaway (single) and the porta-cot together, we can only use one or the other during your stay.
