The place is correctly as the photo shows. It’s spacious and good equipped. 100m to the pool and around 200 to the beach. Because it’s on the hill there is a view from the balcony at the sea. Also there are some parking spots to park the car.

The views and views and views. Morning, afternoon, sunset and evening all perfect. Amazing balcony/terrace to enjoy. Location is right by Barbati beach. There are 3 small grocery stores all within 10 minutes walk. There are about 6 restaurants all also within 5-10 minutes walking distance. We only rented a car for two days to explore Corfu more, but otherwise the apartment area was great. There is public area of the beach if you bring your own towels/umbrella or you can rent from the many places 2 sunbeds and umbrella for 10-15 euros. The apartment itself is clean, and has all the basic needs in the kitchen. We just had to buy some dish soap (no dishwasher) and our food. Before arriving and on day of arrival communication was not great, specially for check in, but once we were there, Mariana was great. Note the 'lobby' is down the hill (very steep street) but the apartment is from main road up. So make sure you verify the check in process with them prior to arrival. Wifi was okay for holiday stay but not strong for working/meetings. They recommended a taxi service for us, we did not use coming from airport and got screwed so we used it on way back. Nikos' apartment is very well located right in top of Barbati beach, with a nice view from a terrace overlooking the entire bay. It is a clean, spacious apartment with only one real room, the living being adapted as a second room through plastic panels (which makes it quite noisy as a room due to poor insulation). It is almost impossible to get in touch with Nikos or anyone else. Prior to our arrival, we noticed that the map uploaded on Airbnb pointed to the wrong address. We tried to contact Nikos several times, to no avail. Finally, we managed to arrive to.the apartment quite randomly. The instructions on the check-in were confused (to say the least) and nobody in the indicated restaurant seemed to really know what it all was about. Once in the apartment, we noticed that the laundry machine didn't work and immediately asked Nikos to repair it. No answer for the remaining 5 days. We had to handwash everything. Occasionally, Nikos would switch off the water and we had to wait for a guy to come reopen the flow. A total failure in terms of communication/relationship with guests.

Really nice flat, with view front the sea. We arrived a little late in the evening & Nikos welcomed us nicely. The flat is clean, with everything you need. Sea at 150meters by feet, you can also come by car and park it near the place. Thank you !
