Pros: • Great value for price • Apartment was clean • Very responsive hostess, she replies in several minutes and she is very friendly • Perfect location: beach, 2 markets, cafe, several restaurants, and bus stop are close to the apartments • Apartment has large balcony with 2 tables and 4 chairs • Beautiful view from the window and balcony Cons: • Wi-Fi (works only in one room and only there, no Wi-Fi on the balcony or in the second room) • Soundproofing (windows facing the road, sometimes it can be noisy in the morning) • Apartment needs renovation (creaky and slamming doors, bathroom\toilet door can't be closed) • Beds (creaky, mattresses are hard with springs that you can feel) • Only one roll of toilet paper (for 3 persons for 4 nights) • No mosquito nets on windows (but it was not a problem, mosquito fumigator was presented in both rooms) • A lot of wasps if you eat on the balcony (it is not apartment problem)

Katerina’s hosting and communication were amazing. She is very responsive and nothing is too much trouble. She really wants to make her guests welcome and enjoy their holiday. The location is on a main road but set back in lovely gardens. You have restaurants and shops right on your doorstep. A lovely local bakery is opposite. The pool was clean and quiet. The back area of the house is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Margarita offended a budget option with no frills which was excellent value for money. The WiFi was good for us on the first floor but the bed mattresses were far too hard. A topper would be welcome. We would love to come back because Katerina looked after us so well. We requested and received a free late check out and extra pillows.

Super séjour à Barbati, appartement idéalement placé, a deux pas de la plage et de très bons restaurants ! Endroit magnifique, appartement bien équipé et piscine super. Stationnement sur place très appréciable ! Nous recommandons vivement !

Abbiamo trascorso in 4 una piacevolissima vacanza in questo alloggio, ben posizionato rispetto al mare e alla spiaggia e dotato di piscina. L'appartamento non ha un affaccio diretto sul mare ma comunque piacevole. Quando apri la finestra al mattino vedi il giardino e il monte, ed è comunque piacevole e rilassante. Katerina è molto gentile e risponde subito ad ogni tuo messaggio.Tutto è stato molto comodo e facile. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene.
