I had a pleasant 3 night stay, BUT... I'm not sure what this holiday resort is doing on airbnb if they're not going to respond to airbnb users through the website. When I messaged to ask for info about check in I got no response at all, so was uncertain what would happen if I was late. I tried ringing their number but it was not answered. The check in was fine at 6pm but I didn't know in advance if that would be the case. Also I found the instructions I was then given at check in to find the property difficult to follow, and it took me a while driving about the site to find the place. On my first night in the apI artment something was beeping. By the time I discovered this I had to ring their out of hours service. I left messages 3 times over 90 minutes before someone answered, and then a man appeared who helped to locate the source of the noise and stop it. It's a well kept and attractive place, but this lack of responding is annoying.
