Evens is quick to help, the place was modern and clean, parking was ample, I had full control of heating/cooling in my room, the bed was comfortable, and the space was inviting. I only needed a place to lay my head. I showed up each night, got in bed, woke up, and left for the day. But from everything I saw, this place would be a fine place to spend more time too.

Stayed for about a month, the room is spacious and comfortable and the host was super responsive if I had issues.

i have stayed at Evans properties before this is my second time at one of his properties, i also recommended a friend of mine to his properties, we are all extremely satisfied with the property and the amenities, i know that if I see his name in the listing I am at peace with the reservation, i know that everything is going to be perfect, highly recommend this place,
