Built in 2021, our 4 bed/3 bath, 4-story home is equipped to host up to 10 guests and features a private rooftop deck with sweeping mountain & city views. Fully stocked with all the essentials + a coffee bar with 5 brewing options (K-cups & Starbucks whole beans provided). When you're ready to Netflix-and-Chill, kick back on the huge sectional couch (seats 7 comfortably) and stream your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV with Guest Mode, which automatically deletes your login info upon checkout. The entire home is blanketed with the latest 6G Mesh WiFi technology, with speeds up to 1 gigabyte/second. Stream on 100+ devices at once without interruption, even from the brewery next door. Each bedroom features a memory foam mattresses and alternative down comforter & pillows. There are 3 towels & washcloths per bathroom - extra linens (1 set), pillows (2), towels (2), and washcloths (4) are available in each bedroom closet if needed. *** Please be aware the townhome has 4 floors and some guests may be required to go up/down 4 flights of stairs. Please take this into consideration before booking. *** Pets are welcome. Please be aware there is a $100 pet fee per pet. If bringing a pet(s), it must be disclosed at the time of booking. Stayed here with a team of 4 for a work trip and we all could not have been more pleased with our stay — truly, the most appointed airbnb our group has ever stayed in! They thought of everything —coffee stations (with to-go cups, and even a tea kettle) to extra pillows and towels, sound machines and fans, bathroom toiletries — and the instructions for it all were extremely clear and thoughtful. We were just 5-10 minutes from amazing restaurants for the group, not to mention Oddstory next door is wonderful! Will definitely be staying here every time my group is in town for work.
This is one of the nicest Airbnb's we have stayed at. Blake was very responsive and the place was absolutely great. We will 100% be staying here again when we are in the area. Wish we could give it more than 5 stars! Thank you Blake for the great stay.
Blake was SO understanding with our group. we had originally booked for a weekend in January and had to reschedule due to bad weather for our trip in March. Wonderful host and beautiful place!

10/10 trip. It's a great end unit, Blake was super helpful and even dropped off child proof door knobs so we felt even safer having young kids in the unit. So many little touches and add ons (q tips, varieties of coffee, games, etc). Definitely recommend, especially for bigger families or groups. The brewery next door is great to hang out at too, especially with kids, and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!

Once populated by manufacturing and warehouses, the neighborhood has seen a revival over the past 5 years, replacing it's industrial roots with residential, commercial, and housing developments.
Located on East Market Street, the neighborhood is less than a mile away from trendy local restaurants, shops, and the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo. To the east, guests are within walking distance to Montague Park & Sculpture Fields, a large, pet-friendly public park. Located right next door is Chattanooga's most popular beer garden, Odd Story.
You are welcome to park in the attached garage depending on the size of your vehicle. Most cars and small SUV's will have enough room, but if you drive a truck or large SUV you will likely need to park in front of the building.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings can get pretty busy starting around 5pm. While Odd Story does have a parking lot, street parking can be limited during those specific times. Additional street parking is available on 16th St & Fagan St.
The city's bike share program, Bike Chattanooga, is a fun and inexpensive way to get around town. Riders can rent a bike and drop it off at any station downtown. The nearest station to the townhome is at 400 E Main St next to Velo Coffee Roasters.
