The apartment was beautiful and spacious and in a great area of LBI. We were in walking distance to lots of local shops and restaurants (the Local Market across the street was amazing!). We also were in walking distance to the beach and bay with easy access. We took our dog and enjoyed walking on the beach and all around Ship Bottom. Brian was an amazing host.....very responsive, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend a stay and we will definitley be coming back.

Brian was very responsive and helpful with everything needed. His place was very clean and spacious for our family of 4. We enjoyed the area as it is located close to the beach and within walking distance to several coffee shops, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay on LBI.

Brian was so sweet. He was super responsive and helpful. His place is a cozy gem and perfect for my party of four looking for some peace and respite following a family death. I love how you could walk easily to the beach and to restaurants etc.

Brian was a fantastic host! He was quick to respond to any questions and the place was perfect. We’ve been to LBI many times and this was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed. We’ll be booking again for sure!

Our stay at Brian’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The photos of the home - while lovely - do not capture how spacious and serene the place is. As a group of three adults and two children, we all had plenty of space. We particularly loved the outdoor private space with the lounge furniture and picnic table. The location is within walking distance to the beach and a stone’s throw to a lovely coffee shop as well as other dining options. Brian is one of the best hosts we have had, in terms of communication. He was highly responsive from booking to check out, including when the AirBnb website was having technical issues during booking. He lives locally (not on site) and made himself available when needed. 10/10; you won’t regret booking here! Thanks Brian!
