House was spacious with lots of room to spread out. Fun beach vibe decor. Outside areas were very nice as well. Close to some good restaurants (walking distance) and a reasonable stroll to the beach. The host called to make sure we had gotten in ok, which was nice. There were 2 bikes, but they weren’t great. You can rent some nearby though. The house had many (~8) coconut plug in air fresheners going in the house that was pretty overwhelming. We unplugged them and took them outside until before we left. Had an issue with one of the beds, but no one returned our text, so we fixed it ourselves. All in all a pleasant experience

My wife and I, along with my two sisters and their husbands spent a long weekend in Ship Bottom celebrating my 80th birthday. Altogether, we had a wonderful time. The house was very much as advertised. The outdoor space was particularly attractive. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were especially comfortable. There was only thing to mar our enjoyment. The main bedroom had not been properly cleaned. Hopefully, that oversight will be attended to in the future. Bill Davis

Great house, so beautiful and great location. No sheets for pull out or extra beds though. Bedding didn't feel super clean in some rooms.
