Good place to stay

Our contact was very responsive. The code lock was broken and they made sure to have keys ready for us. She checked in on us a few times and quickly responded to a text the morning of checkout when we asked for a later checkout time. All good things. The issues we had were: -the home sits right on railroad tracks/trolley that goes by starting at 6am and all through the day. It was very loud and made it difficult to sleep. -the windows in the front bedroom did not lock at all, which made us feel unsafe. -there has been some remodeling done but it seems to be poor quality. -there is a noticeable smell in the home -we put all our trash in a trash bag in the kitchen and woke up to lots of ants all over

Very terrible experience! When we first came in she was in the basement and didn’t inform she was there. Next lied and said she seen 5 guest in the house and it wasn’t. We stayed there for two days and each night when we came back to the air bnb someone had to come unlock the door bc the code wasn’t unlocking the door. Bath tub had hair in it! All in all this was a nightmare and i wouldn’t inform anyone to stay at this house! Home owner was very rude
