We stayed here for five nights and had the most restful little spring break vacation. The hosts truly thought of every single thing we might need the house was extremely clean and comfortable. If you have kids, you don’t need to bring anything extra. They have it all from blocks to games to Books for all ages. Our kids loved using the little low ride bikes around the neighborhood. Just a short walk to the beach we were able to spend time there easily and the wagon they provided in the garage with all of the sand toys was a huge bonus.everything was clearly labeled and easy to find the home. The master bedroom was a little retreat in itself. The bed was extremely comfortable the sauna and the hot tub were little bonuses for our family. Thank you for an amazing stay we highly recommend and will definitely return! Rockaway is truly a hidden gem with its easy distance to all of the little ocean side cities north and south of it.

Riad and Amy's place was perfect! Easy walk to the beach, great amenities for everyone, beautiful and clutter-free space, and a master bedroom and bathroom that was ridiculously spacious! The instructions were great and check-in was a piece of cake. We will definitely use their space again and refer our friends to their home when they plan a trip to the Oregon Coast.

We absolutely loved our stay at Amy & Riad’s beach house. What stood out to me the most was the lack of clutter and serene atmosphere in every room. I truly appreciated the modern and tasteful decor choices and the fresh white linens. The master bedroom felt like such a quiet retreat. The window coverings throughout the home were very nice, especially in comparison to the lack of adequate window coverings in many other Air BNBs. Open concept was great for hanging out! Plus, the most stunning dining table ever. Our kids were obsessed with the hot tub and the ping pong table! Amy & Riad were very generous in providing a closet fully stocked with tons of kids books, toys, and even dress up clothes. This should be included in the listing. The backyard is such a bonus, as is the surprise pirate ship playground! Communication with Amy & Riad was smooth, they were very kind, and were quick to respond to questions. The house is located just a quick and easy walk to the beach.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!!! Even better than the photos, this place was so relaxing, inviting and gorgeous! Plenty of toys and activities for all ages, and so close to the gorgeous beach and jetty. From hot tubbing to flying kites to spotting seals, this was a dream stay! I really hope we can come back again!
