This newly renovated bright and airy space is ideal for a family or group of friends. Set within 2 acres. Just 35 mins from Byron Bay, 5 mins to charming village of Alstonville and 20 mins to beaches. Ballina with all its amenities a short drive. We are very close to the delightful Summerland Farm. One garage space and plenty of parking. All the amenities and very comfy beds for a get away relaxing break. You’ll be staying in a completely separate 2 bedroom studio with full kitchen. The main residence is 30 metres away.

Lovely cottage set on a good sized block with plenty of semi-rainforest trees, towards the end of a beautiful battleaxe lane in the country. Great bird life and koalas live in Forest Way, the next lane across the gully, a short walk from the cottage. Spacious two bedroom cottage. Well appointed. Very clean. Lovely charming generous host Ceri who lives close by and was happy to connect us with people in the area, and provided wine and cheese on arrival. Would definitely recommend her cottage and stay again

We loved our stay, it was perfect for visiting Ballina and The highlands. Everything was great.
Peaceful beautiful setting. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was great. As we arrived when it was dark Ceri had the heating and lights on and a bottle of wine and nibbles ready. A nice welcome..

A very beautiful, quiet pocket in the Ballina shire hills. Close to everything but feels miles away! Great bird watching & the odd koala too.
You will need a car to stay with us with plenty of parking next to studio.

Just a little about us. We have travelled extensively over the past 45 years, lived and worked in South Africa, Australia, Thailand, Afghanistan, Mozambique, Botswana and Vietnam but are now based in NSW. We enjoy interesting foods, wines, market shopping, gardening, renovating, walking on the beach with the dogs and finally having time with our family.
