新奥尔良 · 整套民居 · 2室2床2.0卫 · 可住4人 · Eclectic 2 BR, 2 BA House
Perfect NOLA getaway spot for 2 couples or a group of friends/family. This charming double is one block from the streetcar line and walking distance to many delicious and fun spots. Great location if you’re visiting Tulane or Loyola. It’s also just a short ride to Mardi Gras parades, Jazz Fest, and all downtown events! Home features everything you'd need for short or long stays. Cozy and comfortable, this old home has a great balance of modern updates and beautiful original features. Living/ dining / kitchen are all on the ground floor, as well as a bedroom with attached bathroom (queen bed + walk-in shower). There is a master bedroom (king bed) upstairs and a larger bathroom with a clawfoot tub/shower. Laundry machines are also located in the upstairs bathroom.
Lovely home, great neighborhood super close to the street car! Hosts were friendly and helpful.
We loved Adin’s house. Easy access to the street car, grocery shopping nearby, clean, comfortable and more than enough room for 2 couples.
I have stayed at a few places in New Orleans because my daughter goes to college here. I stayed here for her graduation and after 4 years, I finally found the best place!!! The neighborhood is so cute and very peaceful. Something that is hard to find in NOLA. Also the house is super clean and chalked full of amenities. Nicely decorated and beds are comfortable. Loved it all around. Great front porch swing!
We love absolutely everything about staying here! The home is large, sparkling clean, comfortable, and unique. The neighborhood is shaded, walkable, and breezy. It’s so easy to walk up to the streetcar, through the neighborhood to get a snoball, or around to sightsee or get a bite to eat. And the best of all are the hosts: generous, kind, friendly, and responsive. It’s such a wonderful place to stay and it is totally NOLA ❤️
"Uptown/Carrollton is a laid-back residential area known for its oak trees and landmark restaurants like the late-night Camellia Grill and the iconic Jacque-Imo’s, serving Creole cuisine. Venerable live music venues include the Maple Leaf Bar, for brass bands, bayou tunes and dancing. Quirky bookstores and indie clothing boutiques line Oak Street, while Marsalis Harmony Park has a popular monthly art market."
There is plenty of street parking on our street / surrounding streets. We're just one block from the St. Charles streetcar line which can take you downtown / to the French Quarter. Uber/Lyft is generally only $10-$15 wherever you're headed in town (with the exception of Mardi Gras and other events).
