Place was in the best location. Two blocks away from beach access. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and cafe's. We had a wonderful time. The place was a perfect size for 4 (2adults and 2 kids). All the needed appliances, including washer and dryer! Toys and nice size tvs. The host was very responsive when we arrived and found no beach wagon and a broken beach umbrella. They replaced for us the next day. Beds were comfy. Bunk was wobbly so both kids slept on bigger bottom bunk. A few additional things would have made this place above and beyond: chef knives (only steak knives), a beach cooler (found a styrofoam one), ice machine hook up (we bought ice trays), a bigger quality coffee maker (5 cup mr. Coffee didnt brew well, used this as an excuse to go to the cafe de Paris Next door and an even better coffee roaster in bellaire), finally better toiletteries. Just a little added investment for a big return in customer satisfaction. Nevetheless we hope to be back! Thank you!!

It was a nice airbnb place. It's just that the boiler room is pretty loud at night which is in between both rooms. AC stay blowing, which is a good thing. pinball machine doesn't work but it didn't matter to me at all. Over all, it's not bad. If the boiler room wasn't loud, it would be perfect! I'd give it 4/5

The place was easy to find. Just like the pictures. Smelled great and was very clean. (my fault I didn't realize there's only one regular bed and a bunk beds) so if your going with nothing but adults, keep that in mind. Literally across the street from the beach, like 2-3 minute walk. Very very nice. Lots to eat near by or if you have a car there's plenty of places within a few mint drive.

We had a lovely stay! The house was so cute and homey. We had everything that we needed, and it was an easy walk to the beach!
