Very large house, would be great for a family gathering. Right on the river, lots of green, open spaces. Jon and Kathleen responded immediately to my questions. Black out curtains in the master bedroom. House was airy and open, lots of windows and natural light. Great deck for the summer.

My family stayed at Jon’s place during a Spring Break road trip in which we stayed at 5 different locations. This location is awesome and was by far my favorite. The house is very clean and spacious with plenty of room to find some privacy and space to relax. The kids had a loft with two spaces in which they could escape and be left alone. The yard is even more beautiful and spacious with everything required to stop, breathe and enjoy nature. I can’t wait to find an excuse to stay here again. Other benefits: hot tub, parking, TVs.

Our family had a great stay ! We will definitely come back again over the summer . We enjoyed the privacy of the property and the scenery plenty of yard space for outdoor activities, the house overall is very spacious , clean, and well equipped with anything you need . This is an absolutely gorgeous property with beautiful views of the Cowlitz river. The house had everything we needed and is plenty big enough for families or large groups to use and be able to spread out and have their own spaces. We especially enjoyed the large deck with views of the river for bbqing and the little patio with the hot tub. The yard is perfect for yard games, especially Bocce ball! There was a very nice little market just down the road 5 minutes away which had everything you could need and Jon was a great host and easy to work with. Highly recommend this Airbnb.
