Close enough to downtown La Fortuna for easy access, and far enough away to avoid the crowds! Modern and clean. The AC worked well! The couch and futon were not very comfortable to sit on, but for the most part we were out exploring anyway. Would stay again - thank you!

Aangenaam verrast! wat een geweldige plek. Heel ruim en licht, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Genoeg handdoeken, keukengerei, producten... we voelden ons volledig thuis in Marlon zijn huis en hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf. De communicatie met Marlon verloopt heel vlot. Hij is een attente verhuurder.

My girlfriend and I spent almost a week at the loft. It was the nicest place that we stayed at while we were in Costa Rica. It was very reasonably priced and everything felt new. Marlon was very helpful in answering all questions that we had. We also appreciated how it was a short drive to La Fortuna but was far enough away from the craziness of being in town. We really enjoyed staying at Marlon’s loft and would stay there again.
