Great affordable place in a prime location (quiet street as well). Walking distance to majority of the spots. It was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. A big plus was the gym facility in the building.

Peter's place is in an ideal location right in the old port. The apartment was spacious and had a great kitchen and bathroom. There were minor things "off" with the place (a wet spot on one of the beds, towel holder ripped out of the wall, scuff marks) but we had a positive experience staying there. The bed was comfy and the place worked well for our trip. Someone rummaged through our car that was parked outside the street (maybe we accidentally left the door unlocked?), and in the 24hr lot around the corner we met a group who had their car stolen in the middle of the night. I'd highly recommend parking in an indoor protected garage when you visit, especially if you have US plates!

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. It is affordable for a two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is clean and tidy. The location is also great and close to public transportation.

A friend and I stayed here for a long weekend just to get away. The location is absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Almost everything we wanted to do was within very short walking distance, including the Basilica, which was a highlight of our trip. So many options of restaurants and bars nearby and beautiful architecture!! Peter’s place was great, very clean and comfortable. The heated toilet is an amazing amenity I never knew I needed! Very easy to get in and out, and I was glad for the elevator with our luggage. We had a great stay! I would highly recommend.
