Tim is a very friendly person and communicated very well and in good time. The place is ideal for short stays and close enough to Woolwich station, which has excellent connections to Heathrow and the city.

I had a fantastic stay at Tim's apartment in Woolwich over the weekend. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the spacious layout provided plenty of room for my younger brother, who uses a wheelchair, to relax after a day of exploring the city. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. Although we encountered a temporary issue with the warm water on our second and third days, Tim's responsiveness and efforts to resolve the situation were truly commendable, and I greatly appreciate his dedication. The apartment's location is a gem for travelers, with easy access to various modes of public transport, including the DLR and the Elizabeth Line station. My personal favorite was the Thames Clipper Uber Boat service, offering a delightful journey along the river, showcasing the magnificent sights of London. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend Tim's place for a memorable stay in London.

A lovely apartment in a wonderful and beautiful convenient area. Close to the Elizabeth line and Uber boat, very walkable distance. Apartment was clean, wifi available and good parking. We came during a heatwave, unfortunately the apartment was very hot to be in. Would be useful to have some fans available, understand this isn’t common weather over here tho. There was also no hot water available, which I did not enquire about on my behalf, as the cool shower was quite relieving with the heat and hot apartment. I’m sure it could have been fixed if I reached out. Some basics like tea / coffee / long life milk would have been helpful. Otherwise lovely place to stay.

A very friendly, customer focused host. He was on hand to deal with all the questions and modifications we had, and was very accommodating right up to the end.
