We drove over 4 hours with an 8.5 month old baby to get to this place only to find other people were inside the rental even though we had received a lockbox code for the keys and confirmation of the booking via Airbnb.com. The other group that arrived before us called the host and the host was rude, unaccommodating, and even though we had the lockbox code and confirmation, she said our name was not a Chinese name and was not on the booking and wouldn't do anything to help us find another place. After we got off the phone with the "host" and spoke to Airbnb and they called the host, that's when she finally cancelled our reservation. We were stuck in a not very safe area according to local police with an 8.5 month old in a unfamiliar state with no where to go. Thank goodness that Airbnb's customer service was so accommodating and helpful to find us a different rental in a nicer area with a VERY helpful and responsive host. Renters beware of this "host"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Convenient location, clean and lots of space. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay! The property manager was friendly and accommodating. Located on a 2-way street, but the neighborhood was still quiet! Great working heat and AC!
