Just what we needed and great location for us. The house is a lot bigger than you expect and the walk around the lake was really nice 😊

We met for a family christmas and the house was plenty big enough for 6 adults and a dog. Comfortable and warm. Easy to find, good parking and a nice area to walk our dog along the canal. Quiet area and although we didn't venture out alot, there were shops nearby when we needed them. We had a comfortable 4 night stay, thank you. Some negatives were we arrived to no lights in the kitchen and some other areas which was unhelpful as it was dusk and meant we had to venture to the supermarket the day before Xmas eve! Tobi has refunded us for all the bulbs we purchased. Outside bins were overflowing so we were unable to site any rubbish/recycling satisfactorily. There was only one hand towel for 6 of us. Washing up liquid and soaps had been watered down. only small niggles but sometimes its the small things that make a difference. Thankfully I had taken many kitchen items from home as there would not have been adequate cooking utensils to cook Xmas dinner but for a general stay it was fine.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Toby’s place. Everything was exactly as stated in his description. We loved the peacefulness of the neighborhood and enjoys lots of nice country walks.We had a wonderful 10 days visiting family and friends. We hosted several small dinner parties (6 people ) and the house had everything we needed. Thank you for a memorable time, we will definitely use Toby’s place again!
