We rented this property as we were in the UK for a family funeral. The location of the home was within a mile of where my sister lives - ideal to walk to/from without having to rent a vehicle for our stay! Appreciated the extra space, everything worked out perfectly. Thanks Alison …

Our visit was amazing! We couldn't have had a better place to stay with our family of 5. It's perfect for all ages. The house was clean, well laid out and just a great place to relax after running around. We stayed the end of November/December So we got to enjoy the wood stove on the chilly cold nights, it was perfect. I recommend this place for anyone who are staying for a shor, but especially long stay.

Thank you for a spacious, warm, clean, family friendly home. We particularly enjoyed the kitchen/diner, snug with comfy chairs and musical instruments, overlooking large garden and the coffee machine. Alison welcomed us and it was perfect for our family needs and very convenient to amenities. We didnt want to leave!

We had a really nice stay at Alison and Mikes place. We were visiting family nearby so the location worked well for us. A bit tricky to find the right house off the main road the first few times but once we had got our bearings this became very doable. The house is spacious, well equipped and very well suited to a family stay. The kitchen-dining area is lovely and it was only because of the weather that we didn’t spend time in the garden. Alison’s communication was excellent throughout. Thank you.
