Definitely dog friendly you can tell they had pets there and they could’ve used some clean towels, more towels and left instructions would’ve been really helpful and an extra blanket would’ve been helpful to two. And a little jar of coffee would’ve been nice.

This place is not homey. They are owned by a rental company and you can clearly tell. I got screwed over because they refused to inform me of excessive pet fees and approval of my pets purposely three days after booking so I could not cancel. The house seemed like it was in a non desirable area and excessive cleaning fees when they had dirty bathrooms and they also do not have a dryer or essential kitchen items.

This is a perfectly acceptable place to stay although I thought the price was a bit high for the amenities offered and it needs a lot of finish work. It felt like a house not quite ready for Airbnb. There is no curb appeal to speak of. The interior of the home is generally suitable. Most bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and updated. Beds are comfortable. The basement which contains one bedroom and bath, has very low ceilings, so for those over 6 foot tall (me) beware of hitting your head on the ceiling. Not a big deal, but many of the walls were covered with a paint that doesn’t match as a temporary coverup. We enjoyed the backyard. It offers solitude from neighbors and there is a nice fire pit. New chairs are needed for the patio. The light outside needs to be fixed, we used flashlights instead. The neighborhood is close to grand rapids, offers plenty of Mexican dining, and quality breakfast places are close by. Overall a suitable stay if found at a relatively low price.

This house accommodated our guests well. I will say however, if you have tall friends they should probably avoid the basement as we had a few heads bonked on the ceiling ;). The owner quickly replied to my question about the wifi. The backyard was especially nice for roasting s’mores! Neighbors were friendly. The location was a good for our group as we had planned to explore numerous towns in west michigan, while still being close to the city. The price was a bit high but overall we had an enjoyable stay!
