Good place in South Goa with good view located on a hill. The host is extremely helpful, very friendly and proactive. They helped me with local recommendations and even offered a full refund if we can cancel as the TV was broken by the previous guest. We didn't care about the TV so it was totally fine for us to continue with the booking. Its a 1rk small stay with enough amenities and a balcony that has the view of a hill. The view can feel obstructed by trees in front but again, that's nature that shouldn't be controlled. Hill is viewable. There's cleaning staff who cleans all the flats in the building every morning. We checked in a bit late in the night and the host as well as staff didn't mind. Pricing can be revised a little in my opinion, otherwise it's all pretty good and decent.

Sirisha's beautiful apartment completely won my heart . While I have been sceptical using Air BnB over hotels but this stay has changed the description altogether. The property is located in a gorgeous area with lots of privacy absolutely apt for folks looking for some peaceful quality time. The area however has everything including in close vicinity including a good gym which makes it perfect for long stays. I absolutely love how easy it was to communicate with Sirisha, her husband and Sarath. They were super responsive and I never felt helpless being a solo traveller. Her attention to detail is such that I wish I could give more stars than 5 😊. I was working from home throughout heavily dependent on the property wifi and it did not let me down at all. Cleaning was done frequently and property is gated with security. The beautiful Karnataka border is too close and hence many unique tourist spots were covered easily . All in all totally loved Sirisha's hospitality and the place.

I spent a month in this place. Sirisha was very responsive, polite and helpful throughout the stay. The place is located at a nice spot right outside the forest with a beautiful view from the balcony. It's very calm and peaceful. The apartment has everything that is needed in terms of the home appliances like washing machine, fridge, microwave, TV, etc. All furnishing are either new or seem that way, all in a great condition. The power shortages are quite frequent but usually very short and to deal with them the apartment has power back up so the things like wifi, fans, and lights will still work just fine. Overall, it's a very great place to stay that I highly recommend.
