The refrigerator failed while we were there. Not their fault. They immediately brought us a small loaner fridge and had a new fridge installed in a day. It was no disruption for us. Great servicem

Great property located in Río Grande. Our host (Diana) was very responsive and accommodating. One of the great features is the access to Hyatt Regency Grande Reserve; provided multiple restaurants, larger pool, and access to a private beach. The property was very comfortable for our party of 6 adults, it's serene, and quiet. A definite property we would return to. Thx.

We had a fabulous week staying at Diana’s condo. This condo is modern, clean, peaceful and great views. It is so spacious that there was plenty of room for 6 of us to stay, to include two children, with our own spacious bathrooms. We were in PR for one of our daughter’s weddings and Diana was nice enough to allow the bride to spend the night before her wedding with us - plenty of room. It was wonderful to have access to all of the Hyatt amenities and visit with our guests. We did have a rental car so that we were able to grocery shop but mostly stayed put at the resort. Diana and her team are very quick to respond if anything is needed and very friendly. We highly recommend staying here and hope to return one day.

This place was very beautiful!!! Has access to the amenities at the hotel. I do recommend to rent a vehicle to get around.Location was close to San Juan as well as El Yunque.
