Come on over and enjoy the peace + quiet that awaits you in your own funky little 2 bdr/1bath cottage on our 25 acre working farmstead. See our fluffy Scottish highland cows, our mini donkeys, our adorable Kune Kune pigs, our crazy miniature goats and read a book on the porch with a view of our garden! Our brood of chickens are ready to provide you with farm fresh eggs for breakfast (if season permits) as you enjoy a cup of coffee. Farm tours are based on availability and weather. Parking is provided right in front of the cutest little 700 sq ft cottage home you've ever seen. WE may be on a farm but don't you worry, wifi is lightening fast. When you enter through the front door you'll see the kitchen with everything you could possibly need to feel right at home except for a dishwasher or garbage disposal (we are on septic) there is however, a brand new deep large sink. Next to the kitchen is a dining nook with seating for 4. Next to the dining nook are two French doors that open up to a deck that has the most beautiful view of the mountains and our garden. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy a cozy little seating area right off of the living room. The living room has a 55 inch flat screen SMART TV. The bathroom has a big shower but no bath tub. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and table side lamp. 32 inch flat screen SMART TV and extra plug ins for all of your devices and a sound machine. Bedroom number 2 also has extra plug ins, 32 inch flat screen SMART TV and a sound machine. There is a twin size bed with another twin size bed that can be rolled out from underneath. Fresh eggs are plentiful and will be provided for you stay. We do have roosters on the farm and they do crow we also have 2 Great Pyrenees that work full time keeping our animals safe at night and do bark occasionally to scare off the coyotes and bears so if that's not something you enjoy hearing sound machines are in each of the bedrooms. We also provide ear plugs for everyone. We are an organic working farm and do not use pesticides. Because we DO NOT use chemicals on our farm you may see a lady bug or two in the home or possibly a stink bug DO NOT be alarmed they are harmless. If you happen to see a bug that could be harmful (we haven't yet) please let us know. If we use poison to kill some bugs it will also kill the bees and we need the bees! I am sometimes available for farm tours if you would like to see any of our cows, pigs, goats, donkeys, sheep, or chickens. Just let us know.
