Nice and clean apartment

The place was nice and like in the photos. Incredible ocean view and 2 blocks from the promenade. 2 things that stood out as negative were: 1. The check-in process was not as easy as we had hoped because the front desk would not let us up right away. 2. ALL of the upholstery has stains on it, whether it's stains stains or bleach stains. It was not comforting to have so many stains on bedding, towels, couches, beds, carpet, etc.

Lance’s place was better than we expected, the house is gorgeous, spacious with so much natural light and looks even better in person. The view in the morning and evening is just beautiful. All in all we had a wonderful stay and we couldn’t recommend it enough.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung. Sie liegt ideal, um zu all den Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um und in Kapstadt zu gelangen. Wirklich ein sehr schönes Apartment, sehr zu empfehlen und alles gut Organisiert. Wir sind froh, dass wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden haben.
