Our stay at Joedda’s place was wonderful (and even with some rainy weather). It was super comfortable for our 2 kids and dog as well! We love this area in the fall- bay beach a couple east walking blocks away and lots to venture to in the Villas, Cape May area! Joedda was so sweet and very responsive to a couple questions we had and the place is set with everything you need (kids too!) can’t wait to stay here again!

Just the perfect location for our weekend away with friends. We had kids who had a fantastic time with all the beach toys and open backyard space. There was tons of room space and a wide open kitchen. The location was easy to walk to the local beach and a short drive to other cape May locations. We were also able to stay longer on our checkout day since no other guests were coming - what a perk! We hope to come back again!

There were 5 of us (it was supposed to be 6, but one didn't make it)- all adults and our two dogs. The house was perfect for our needs. We didn't want to be around all the hustle of a vacation spot but wanted to be able to quickly get to those spots- a very close drive to many wonderful beaches and activities, yet quiet evenings hanging at the house. The dogs loved the beach a block and a half away in the mornings and evenings. Also, you don't need to run to Sunset Beach for the sunset- the beach at the end of the block has gorgeous, unobstructed sunsets. There were many games in the closet to play, everything needed for cooking anything, and lots of beach toys and a beach cart to pull them (or a pug in our case) to and from the beach. The fenced-in backyard was so nice for the dogs (or if you have little kids or both kids and dogs). We never even used one of the rooms- plenty of beds, sleeping options, and lots of open space. Also, beautifully decorated. We had an awesome time.

The house was perfect. Lovely outdoor space with a fully stocked kitchen. So few places have linens and towels so that was a nice treat. Definitely would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay at Joedda's Mermaid's Retreat. Will definitely consider staying there again.
