Experience BC's 'Hawaii of the North' in an off-grid custom built tiny home. This over 300 sf. tiny home has one bedroom plus loft, one bathroom and is on a private, sunny 0.30 acre lot only 5 minutes walk from one of the island's best beaches, "Meadows Beach". Solar and generator power with full water/septic services, including a shower and clothes washer. Pallet deck includes outdoor seating and a propane BBQ, and as a bonus there's a shed filled with fun activities for all. What's Included: 1 bedroom with an RV queen mattress, 1 loft with 2 single mattresses (no bed frames), 1 bath with shower and a Panda compact washing machine (no dryer - hang to dry, dry rack and clothesline provided). The couch converts to a sofa bed, and the coffee table lifts up and down to convert to a dining table. 4 additional dining chairs are provided. Electric full sized fridge, propane stove, comes stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and mugs, sponges/cloths/tea towels, dish soap, cleaning supplies, salt/pepper/spices, olive oil. Outside on the deck is a barbecue and an outdoor propane oven (with stovetop), along with a patio table/umbrella and 4 chairs. 4 plastic adirondack chairs are also provided along with a reclining chair for sun lounging. We recommend cooking highly scented/messy items on the outdoor stove (i.e. bacon, steaks, anything with strong smells) as the odor rises and can get into the bedding in the loft For making coffee we have a pour over, and for toast a stove top camping toast maker (generator will NOT power a toaster or coffee maker, or your hairdryer for that matter). The water on the property is well water. You can choose to bring in bottled water, however we do provide a FEMA grade stainless steel gravity water filter (from Rainfresh) that you can fill throughout the day for fresh water. We also have a sediment filter on our water tank and hose.
