TJ is the exemplar of an AirBnB host. House was just as described in the listing, photos, and in the documents that TJ shared prior to arrival. Location is perfect for enjoying the Kennebunk beaches, with Gooch's being at the end of the street. It's also an ideal jumping off point to explore Southern Maine's charming coastal towns. We enjoyed days of shopping, stalking the Bush's, antiquing, and more lobster rolls than we care to admit. The house was spotless, with all of the amenities and supplies a guest might need, without any extraneous clutter. The attention to details was over and above. For example, TJ even looked up the tide and surf forecast for us so that our daughter could determine if she should bring along her surf board (she did, and it was definitely worth it!). TJ even offered to let us use his family's personal beach gear (towels, chairs, etc.), made dining recommendations, etc.. Communication was proactive and thoughtful. We look forward to visiting again soon!

TJ's place is gorgeous ! He had a "massive" very pleasant cleaning crew who knew the property well and really seemed to care to make it sparkle for us ! The kitchen is great, the outdoor gas grill did the trick. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the gorgeous Kennebunk beach. TJ and I exchanged a number of texts. He was prompt and VERY helpful ! We would definitely come back to this exact spot ! THANK YOU
