We are located on top of the Chandak hill in Sikrani village (Pithoragarh). It is a very secluded location at the edge of Chandak Reserve Forest with thick forest pine and oak trees surrounding it.
A place with awesome natural beauty boasted through jungles, mountains, rivers, where clouds create riots of colours on the mountains.
If you really want a non-commercialized nature stay, this is the place. Walking, trekking, birding, bathing in pristine views with sun, running behind the butterflies, star gazing, visiting tiny hamlets, enjoying local cuisine, bee keeping and staying in traditional Kumaoni culture are what you can enjoy here. It offers homely accommodations for a nice stay and enjoys the nature and solitude with a never-ending view of the valley.

Access to cottage is on foot from the Chandak market, it is a 10 mins trail up through the village, and can take longer for people who are not used to walking. It's a rewarding view and worth the climb.
We can make arrangements for a porter to carry bags upon your arrival. Vehicle can be secured parked at Madhur Residency for a daily parking fee.
For basic supplies you will have to walk the market.
Guests are free to access all parts of the 1.5 acres estate and farms where we grow vegetables and exotic flowers.
We can also organise treks for guests with prior information. Guests can enjoy theme , nature and farm based activities like Bird watching, Star Gazing, Cycling, Bee Keeping tips, Cow Miking, Farming tips , Horse riding, Kumaoni Village Walk, Nature and jungle walk. Other things to note Guests can join below theme, nature and farm based activities at our 100 acres estate. Prior notice is required to make necessary arrangements for these activities.
