Relax on your private little beach. Jamie’s place was spot on with what we hopped. Great location. Walking distance to great restaurants and literally stairs away from the beach. The view was amazing and I don’t know if it was just us, but we swear the ocean sounds different in Luquillo. 🌊😊 We had a much needed relaxing time. Jamie, thank you for going above and beyond to help make our stay memorable.

I will definitely stay there again , amazing views , set of outdoors stairs and you’re what feels like a private beach , 2 min walk to “La plaza” surrounded by good food and drinks , the most amazing sun rises…. Most definitely stay there again

Things we loved: • 10/10 view, sea breeze and sounds out the windows • Apartment is well appointed (great ceiling fans & lighting, outlets, charging ports, appliances, dishes, towels, beach chairs, etc) • Giant TV in the livingroom and 2nd TV in the bedroom • Good internet speed & stable connection for remote work and streaming • Building is very clean and literally steps to the beach and to Luquillo town Things we want to mention & suggest: • Plenty of hot water but inconsistent flow and hard to find the "sweet spot" in the shower • Slight height difference from the bathroom floor tile to the hallway - careful not to stub your toe or trip • Parking garage can be confusing when you first arrive and would be hard to navigate with a large vehicle • We would like to have had cleaning products on hand, and an extra set of blankets/bedding • A/C only in bedroom (you’ll barely use it) • Need a $5 bill for a laundry card (we left ours for the next guests) and then $6 per load to wash/dry

I had a fantastic stay in Jaime’s apartment! The apartment is nicely decorated with all the needed comforts. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the beach is not crowded and perfect for some solitude or walking. I really enjoyed Luquillo too! As a solo female traveler, a safe and walkable neighborhood is a must and Luquillo definitely checks those boxes. I enjoyed every meal I had at Simple Food, La Fonda Gourmet and Coffee Therapy. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!
