Be our guest at this renovated beachfront apartment with open concept living area. Located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and safe building, just right in front of the beach with unobstructed views. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, washer and dryer inside the unit, kitchen, dining area, living area and balcony. Accommodates up to 4 adults and 2 children: a bedroom with a queen bed and a twin bunk bed, and a queen bed in the second bedroom. All bedrooms have air conditioner for a comfortable sleep, smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Fully stocked kitchen with all you will need during your stay to cook meals. Fully furnished dining and living areas with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and ceiling fan. Outdoor furniture in the balcony. Fully equipped with all the essentials (linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer) and more – all that you need to feel at home! Beach towels, chairs, cooler and other beach gears are also provided for your use as well. Parking space inside the building facilities. The building has direct access to the beach, a shared pool and recreational facilities with basketball and tennis courts, swings and more. Restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy and fast-food places less than 5 min drive. Lots of Family-friendly activities near: Surfing lessons at La Beach beach, El Yunque, Hacienda Carabali, Kioskos de Luquillo and much more including snorkeling, boat & bio bay tours, ferry to Culebra & Vieques. Near to the Airport (about 30 mins drive), Old San Juan (about 45 mins drive) and Fajardo (about 20 mins drive) where you can also find lots of activities and tours. The apt. was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! There were a ton of toys for the kids, with beach chairs and umbrellas as well as the kitchen was well appointed. Had a wonderful stay!
Damaris was super helpful and the place was beautiful. The elevator had issues at times. It was a good thing we were only on the third floor. Thanks for having us!
Great place, we had 4 adults and a baby. They had the pack n play all set up and ready to go when we arrived. With the one bathroom it would be tight if you had more than 4 people there. Balcony was spacious, relaxing and opened up the space a lot. Host was very responsive and helpful throughout stay. Pool and surroundings were amazing and beautiful beach. Very clean and air conditioning in both bedrooms made for a cozy sleep. Quick drive to rainforest and grocery/coffee shops/restaurant all within walking distance.
My family felt at home . Very comfy, clean, quiet, and everything you can need was available. Would definitely book again . Super convenient if you have kids .
We are a family of four from the uk. We stayed for a week and had a lovely time. The flat is lovely and comfortable with all mod cons. The terrace look across to the sea and there are pools, tennis and basketball courts in the complex which we enjoyed using. All beach and sports equipment is available in the flat. There are plenty of great restaurants within a short walk of azul playa and Luquillo beach and its food kiosks are a short drive away, although we were happy to walk the 20-25 mins there - is an easy stroll. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend Damaris place

Known as the Capital of the Sun, Luquillo has some of the most attractive beaches on the island.
Just a half-hour's drive from SJU Airport, this Atlantic Ocean shoreline makes this area a paradise for surfers, scuba divers, and sun worshipers alike.
Luquillo extends beyond its fine golden sand and its blue waves. The municipality borders El Yunque, the only tropical rainforest in the United States. Its unique landscape, with easy access to both the mountains and the beach, makes Luquillo an ideal destination for travelers looking to enjoy quality time outdoors.
Location, location, location!
The apartment is in a safe area near the center of Luquillo (main square), right in front of Playa Azul and close to other beaches and rivers. Also, close to restaurants, fast food, supermarket, gas stations, ATMs, pharmacies and much more.
Ideal location for those who just want to relax in the nearby surroundings and also for those who want to explore Puerto Rico. Renting a vehicle is recommended if you plan to explore outside of the Luquillo beach area.
Sand, sun and surf!
Bathers only have one problem in Luquillo: deciding which beach to choose. You won't go wrong at Balneario La Monserrate, a vast expanse with ample parking, restrooms and changing rooms, outdoor showers, and more than 25 viewpoints for gathering with family and friends.
Playa Azul is popular for activities like swimming, snorkeling, rowing, kitesurfing, and kayaking, while Costa Azul, Playa Mamayes, and Playa Fortuna are quiet spots to sit in a beach chair or lounge in a hammock under the shade of palm trees.
Surfers from all over the world come to hang out in the stellar breaks of The Wall. This easily accessible stretch of coastline adjoins Calle Herminio Díaz Navarro, where Boardriders Surf Bar offers cold beer, beachside meals, a laid-back atmosphere, live music on weekends and its famous karaoke nights on Tuesdays.

You will be close to "El Yunque". El Yunque is the only rainforest in the US National Forest System. and one of Puerto Rico's most beloved natural gems. The park has a very diverse ecosystem, with hundreds of unique species of plants and animals, including Puerto Rico's famous coquí frog. This national treasure is a great destination if you want to immerse yourself in nature, from bathing in natural pools under waterfalls to enjoying the beautiful scenery on its many hiking trails, ziplining, and more.
