This place was perfect for my family! We have 3 kids. They loved watching the boats, dolphins, pool, and beach! Walking distance to Huck a poos and TyBean coffee which were two of our favorites! The place was clean and they left a ton of games and books for us to use. They also left a binder full of all the restaurants and what each one is known for! We will definitely be back!

My family and I cane back to this same complex but decided we needed more space and this place did not disappoint. This place was clean, nicely decorated and very roomy. There are tons of amenities in the kitchen and plenty of seating inside and out. The view was great, lots of ships and dolphins to watch. The location is within walking distance to restaurants and the longest drive time was about 9 minutes to the south end. We will definitely be back!

Nice place to stay. It’s definitely on the quieter side and smaller waves so it’s great for small kids. Condo was nice and as described. It was not cleaned very good upon our arrival. (Sand in dining room chairs, rooms smelt like fish, hair bands left next to night stand on floor, stains on carpet, light bulbs out in multiple rooms). I’m sure they would have sent someone to clean it and fix the light bulbs but who wants to deal with that on vacation? Thankfully there was a vacuum and we took care of the mess left behind . The internet wasn’t working the first two days we were there. They were quick to respond and get a technician out to get it fixed. The location is great and it’s beautiful. Had a dolphin show every single day from the balcony. Overall I would recommend, we just had some frustrations in the beginning.

I’ll start with the good. It was a good location with good square footage after that it’s all bad literally zero amenities. Nothing in the bathrooms. Only one extra trash bag zero items for the beach. Very happy we drove if we flew we wouldn’t be able to purchase all the beach items and bring them back to our house Will never use a Tybee beach rental. The property management company is absent cannot get a hold of them. The air conditioning went out two nights in a row. No one helped the second night the mini fridge froze over never got it fixed. It’s ironic the most expensive beach rental has been our worst Airbnb experience of our lives.
