Our newly renovated, pet-friendly space presents a fully-equipped kitchen, a private fenced-in backyard, a screened-in lanai, a laptop-friendly workspace, and a washer and dryer. Step into nautical luxury! Get cozy in the living room with a flat-screen TV with cable, a comfy three-seater sofa, and two reclining loungers. When it's time to get down to business, connect to the high-speed internet and get set up at our laptop-friendly workspace. You will find everything you need in our fully-equipped kitchen including a microwave, an electric stovetop, an oven, and a dishwasher. Whether you are looking to microwave a quick snack or cook a four-course meal, mealtime will be a breeze. The kitchen is also stocked with all essential cookware and dinnerware. The fenced yard at Palmer Cottage creates a private area for sunbathing on the deck or for a safe playtime with your four-legged friends. At the end of your busy day, recharge in the master suite on the queen bed or in the newly-renovated bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. Make laundry easy with the large in-unit laundry room, perfect for storing any items and washing clothes or linens.

This is our second stay at Palmer Cottage. We had a great experience once again. My favorite thing is to have my coffee in the Florida room and listen to the birds and relax! Cyan is a great host, she is very attentive to the property and all our needs are meet. The location of the cottage is great! It is near the Mercado and numerous shops and restaurants. Another good time is the North Naples Country Club - no golfing involved just a fun, friendly place to be. Believe me Palmer Cottage is a great place to stay in Naples Park!!
Con mi mujer y mi hijo de 1 año , tuvimos una estadía excelente en el airbnb de Cyan, el barrio es muy tranquilo, cerca de la playa, cerca de supermercados. Muy bien equipado con equipamiento para la playa (sombrilla, toallas, lunchera, etc) La limpieza impecable. Fue agradable llegar a una casa tan equipada luego de unos días de hotel

Cyan, Thanks for facilitating a wonderful stay! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect accommodation for our vacation. This was a very walkable location close to both the beach, shops and eateries. When we wanted to stay in, the kitchen was fully equipped and stocked to prepare meals. Cottage Palmer was beautifully attached to a screened in linai with a very private backyard to enjoy after a day at the beach or just a quiet evening in. Naples Park is a lovely neighborhood with mostly families as residents. It is very close to several beaches, including a beautiful state park. It is close to a wide variety of shopping and dining, including the Mercato, and is about 10 minutes from Downtown Naples and 5th Avenue.
