Andrew is indeed a super host. He was responsive, usually within minutes and patient with our many questions regarding the logistics of getting to and from Francois. His charming saltbox house, sitting right on the edge of the water, provides a direct view down the fjord to the ocean. Cannot imagine a better view in town. The house was tidy, comfortable, and clean with everything needed (with the exception of a cork screw that was readily provided by a friendly neighbor ;-) )The mini split kept us nice and warm in this late season. The community folks were very welcoming and offered great tips on hiking. The hiking trails are well marked, moderate to challenging, and the vitas breathtaking. Comparable to Gros Morne, if not better. And without the crowds! The well kept and extensive boardwalks throughout town and up into the hills provide some easier walks/hikes. Andrew’s place and Francois are the real deal. Cannot wait to return!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in Francois, the view is unbelievable ans Andrews place is so close. Andrew was also super helpful with all my questions. Cannot recommend enough.
