Holland Park Opulence When it comes to arresting elegance, this home delivers inside and out. Enviably located in one of West London's most luxury, leafy neighbourhoods, you'll have the landscaped sanctuary of Holland Park on your doorstep, with the delights of Kensington and Notting Hill’s Portobello Road just a stone's throw away. Classic opulence meets contemporary flair in this impeccably designed home. The kitchen and dining room overlook a manicured patio terrace and boast sleek, marbled interiors, an impressively-sized kitchen island, and a show-stoppingly chic dining table. Light spills in through the Crittal doors, accentuated by mirrored walls and striking pendant lighting — giving those summer meals an alfresco feel. And speaking of light, the living room basks in it too, with its sweeping windows opening onto the terrace. A rich purple palette, enhanced by captivating artworks and sculpture, means even chilling out is an elegant affair in here. For a (slightly) more casual hangout, you've got the TV snug downstairs, with oodles of cushy furnishings in mint and butterscotch tones. The five bedrooms are all uniquely styled, with the principal room including a dressing room and private terrace. We love... Even the pilates studio has a touch of glamour, with slick interiors and a TV. There's even a handy kitchenette for those post-workout snacks and a rather sophisticated little shower room in glossy teal tiles. And as if it's not enough having beautiful Holland Park on the doorstep, you're spoilt for outdoor choices, with three terraces, private garden, and access to a communal 4-acre park. Please remove your shoes on the carpeted areas and note that the fireplaces aren't for guest use. There's one off-street parking space available on request. You're spoilt for choice with stations, being smack dab in the middle of Holland Park and Shepherd's Bush. There are five bedrooms to sleep up to eight guests. The kitchen is well equipped for big family dinners, with two ovens, two dishwashers, and two plate warmers. There's Air Con in the principal bedroom and standing fans available for the rest.
Londoner’s can’t help but associate this west London neighbourhood with one of the highlights of the summer: Notting Hill Carnival. The rest of the year is, of course, somewhat quieter; Notting Hill being at its heart, a leafy, residential neighbourhood home to the chic, well-heeled and rather famous. But even so, something of the electric, bohemian spirit of that August bank holiday remains in the air all year long.

Our rental homes are predominantly privately-owned, lived-in homes in vibrant neighbourhoods. Thanks to our fully managed service, when you stay in a Veeve property you can benefit from the spaciousness, personal style and relaxed feel of a home – but with all the amenities of a hotel. Once a booking is confirmed our Customer Service team will become your main point of contact and get in touch with you to organise your arrival at the property (including airport transfers, upon request); after which our on-the-ground management team will look after all aspects of your stay, with in-stay support available to help with any queries. We have strict cleanliness guidelines for our cleaners and all staff who enter our properties and have reinforced existing cleaning procedures in line with official WHO, British and French government guidance. As always, our team ensure that all properties are cleaned to a professional standard before and after each stay, with increased focus on touch-point cleaning (door handles, kitchen surfaces, kettles, taps etc.). All staff who enter properties will follow the below procedures: - Carry and regularly use alcohol-based hand rub - Sanitise their mobile phones - Focus extra attention when cleaning key touch-point areas (door handles, kitchen surfaces, kettles, taps etc.) - Wear protective gear where appropriate - Wash and disinfect work shoes We might be able to arrange for property viewings, upon request, for stays of over 28 nights. Please be aware once a booking is confirmed you will be required to complete a Rental Agreement and also ID verification via our partners Superhog. This is mandatory for all our stays and in accordance to short lets requirements with Veeve.
